Re: Palahniuk for Bush
Sat, March 27, 2004 - 9:33 PMoh, I would believe that, without a doubt.
He was the best interview in Bowling for Columbine.
By far.
That man is perhaps one of the most inteelligent people I have ever heard.
don't hate manson too much...

Re: Palahniuk for Bush
Sat, March 27, 2004 - 9:43 PMi think manson rocks, i have never heard any of his music, and i dont really care for music with words anyways, but when he was asked " what would you say to the kids of columbine"...and he replied " i wouldnt say anything, i would listen to them", he gained my utmost respect. -

Re: Palahniuk for Bush
Sun, March 28, 2004 - 4:44 PMactually im not so sure about manson anymore... copy pastted from a someone over at www.bluelight.nu
....He also mentions Marilyn Manson as one of the most interesting people he's met recently. Last time i went to www.marilynmanson.com/grotesque and clicked on his "Oracle" or whatever it is where he responds to fans.. he was doing this "support the troops" bullshit to an US army fan who wrote him. I know his latest album is suppoed to reflect the WWII Wiemer (sp?) era.. and the art that spawned out of an oppressive government..but damn
these 2 suprise the fuck out of me with this shit.
Maybe they need to sit down and have a conversation with Howard Stern -

what i extrapolated from the interview was that he'd rather vote for someone who was going to fuck shit up than for a passive do-nothing.
at least bush might inspire revolution or assasination. that'd be something.

Wed, March 31, 2004 - 12:06 AMsadly, I've not met the guy.
keep your shirt on.
You don't know him, don't assume you know everything about him and what he stands for.
besides, fuck, this post isn't even about Manson.
stick to the issue.
